A diverse community benefits all our students and we encourage all eligible families to explore our programs. Enrollment is open to students residing in Sonoma and Marin counties.
Application for the Homeschool Program
We are currently defining the important details for the 2022-23 school year.
Pending Heartwood Board approval and the results of the Department of Education’s Annual Fiscal Budget the following will be confirmed:
- The school calendar for the 22-23 year
- Our enrollment cap, currently set to accept an additional 60-70 students
- And confirmed details on educational support funding, currently targeted at up to $1,700 for students in Tk-8th grade and up to $2,000 for students in high school.
Students will be admitted to Heartwood Charter School in the following order (depending on the available spaces):
- Returning Students (currently enrolled)
- Siblings of returning students
- New students/families

- Receive Welcome Packet
- Submit Enrollment Paperwork
Enrollment applications will be sent out to the above-listed tiers according to priority starting February 1, 2022. If needed we will perform a lottery on March 1, 2022, for any grade levels
